These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of KYLA’s website and services, operated by The Sequeira Group LLC. By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age and either currently licensed or pursuing licensure in a healthcare-related profession to enroll in KYLA courses.

When you purchase a course or subscription, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to share your login credentials, copy or redistribute course content, or engage in any actions that disrupt or misuse the platform.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course and its associated quiz. KYLA is an approved CE provider with the California BRN. It remains your responsibility to confirm CEU applicability with your specific licensing board.

All materials on the KYLA platform, including text, videos, and branding, are the intellectual property of The Sequeira Group LLC and protected by law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms. KYLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or inability to access services.
